Baobab Collection candles are created using high quality raw materials sourced in Europe. The glass is crafted in Poland, the mineral wax comes from Germany, and the scents are created and perfected in Grasse. Each Baobab candle is hand-poured in multiple pouring phases into glass containers that have been hand-blown by master craftsmen, making each candle completely unique.Journey to the heart of Africa and immerse yourself in the history of its sacred baobab trees. These giant trees, as majestic as they are imposing, are linked to mankind and African history.The Sacred Trees collection of scented candles comes in 3 glass colors enhanced with an effigy of the baobab. 5% of this collection’s sales will be donated to the Cœur Vert foundation, which is dedicated to the protection of the environment and focuses on reforestation.The money collected will allow Baobab Collection to participate in the reforestation program and will initially allow the planting of 10,000 baobab trees and the creation of a vegetable garden to assist women in rural communities.The Cœur Vert foundation is accredited by the UN and supported by the Ivorian government. The collaboration between Baobab and Cœur Vert is part of the 16th edition of the International Reforestation Camp which was organized in August 2023 with the aim of planting 250,000 trees across 400 hectares.The Morondo scented candle is crafted in glass adorned with a design created by Uniwax in the great tradition of traditional African prints. The sepia-toned baobab tree stands on the glass like a guardian sworn to protect nature from danger. Height: 35 cm Weight: 10 kg Capacity: 6500 g Burn time: Approximately 800 hours Product care: * Burn within sight. * Keep away from things that catch fire. * Keep away from children and pets. * When burning more than one candle at the same time, always ensure that at least 20 cm space is left between burning candles. * Do not let candle burn for longer than one hour once the entire surface of the candle is liquid. * Do not let the candle burn to the end. * Do not leave a burning candle unattended or close to easily flammable objects. * Do not place candles near a source of heat. Put candles on a heat resistant surface. * To reduce sooting, trim the wick 0.6 cm each time the candle is to be relit. * Avoid using in drafty areas. Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
